Don&#8217;t worry if you don&#8217;t &#8211; most of what Dr. Patel needs to know will be revealed through the exam and speaking with you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">If you have dental insurance, you would have provided that to our office while scheduling the appointment, but please bring the card for us to scan.
